Dr Rudzki is a doctor you can trust and believe. We met him in 2018, when he treated my teen daughter for a torn rotator cuff (about 5 months under his care). Recently, I have been under Dr Rudzki’s care for a broken humerus bone. In both of our cases, Dr. Rudzki did not perform surgery. Under his consistent, conservative care, along with a very strong physical therapy regimen, my daughter successfully recovered. I happily continue my PT to recover.

We cannot sing our praises loud enough about Dr. Rudzki! He has a wonderful bedside manner and explains each situation clearly. He takes his time, listens, answers questions, and is empathetic. His assistant, Claire, is an incredible force as his Medical Assistant. She always responds to messages in a timely manner. Claire has been the “backbone” of our relationship. Dr. Rudzki calls it “a partnership” because it taken his wonderful team, working together, to help my daughter and I heal. You can visit his office and find out for yourself . Saw Dr Rudzki’s presentation at Sibley Hospital on shoulders and rotator cuffs and was impressed. Have seen him twice now and have appreciated his approach to considering PT before (and hopefully to avoid) surgery. He really seems to know his stuff.

Thanks to Dr Rudzki for replacing my shoulder. It's now has 90% range of motion, 6 months after surgery!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Rudzki for over a decade. The very first time I saw him, I recall him saying "if you were by brother, this is what I'd recommend you do...." And that is exactly how you feel every time you see him. He treats you like he would his own family.

Dr. Jonas Rudzki is THE GO TO person for a shoulder problem… as well as other orthopedic problems. He is superbly qualified
and very personable as well. He was recommended to me and he has helped me very much. He is honest and frank, but cautious
and conservative in his treatment. He is not one to jump to surgery right away which I really appreciated..I had complete confidence
in him.

First visit with Dr. Rudzki. I had a migraine going in to the visit but I couldn't put it off because the amount of pain I was in from injuring my shoulder. He was super considerate and turned the florescent lights off so I wasn't in additional pain while we talked about my injury. I'm not sure how many other doctor's would do that. Was refreshing. Still determining source of shoulder pain, but 5 stars for office manners!

Dr Rudzki has now treated 5 members of our family ranging from 8 to 74 for various sports and non-sports injuries. Including a fracture on Christmas Day. You will not find a better physician in terms of medical outcomes, but he has an excellent easygoing bedside manner, going out of his way to educate and communicate. A rare combination.

So far, Dr. Rudzki has paid attention to the details, tried to use physical therapy for me to avoid surgery, and he listens carefully. Surgery now is scheduled for next week, so the future will tell; but I feel I'm in good hands.
