Student Athletes
Our team provides the highest level of care for athletes of all ages and ability. We have a special expertise and interest in the care of student athletes who have a unique set of injuries, needs, and circumstances. These athletes and their families navigate an injury while maintaining focus on academic performance and continuing to advance their level of play. We focus on athletes as individuals and understand the many issues they face athletically, academically, and socially. For over 11 years, our team collaborates with parents, physical therapists, coaches, trainers, teachers, deans, counselors and other specialists to bring athletes back as quickly as possible with a principle focus on their health, safety and well-being (Washingtonian 2012 excerpt).
